Our Climate Controlled facility is healthier and safer than other storage facilities in several ways:

• Our Climate Controlled units prevent mold and mildew from growing.
  
• The building construction is concrete block and steel and has a sprinkler system for fire protection. Some storage facilities are constructed like sheds.
  
• The entrance and hallways are monitored with surveillance cameras by our onsite management team.
  
• The locks used for each storage unit are literally theft proof. They can not be cut, forced open or manipulated in any way because of their unique design.
  
• Security gates are utilized and monitored.
